Thus you can throw yourself in a negative reality.
I know it counter intuitive but anyways, it's a matter of choice I believe so why not for the experiment?

an audio i recently purchased about developing confidence which mixes NLP and hypnosis, it says for best results listen once a day preferbly in the night. i wanted to know would it be ok to listen to it more times than once a day, like 5 times at night and in the morning?
